Spiritual seekers have long turned to teachers and guides for help with the journey and for companionship during times of struggle.  Within the church such guides are called spiritual directors, individuals trained for the work of being a faithful companion.  Spiritual direction is not counseling or therapy; rather, a spiritual director offers support and coaching in seeking to grow in intimacy with God, in developing prayer and meditation practices, and in understanding the deeper meaning of one’s life.  Kathy is available for spiritual direction both in person and remotely via Skype or FaceTime.
